hey that dog was adopted :D

And this Sunday, there is a dog run at bishan Park, any of you bringing ur dog there?

I have a Dashund and a Mongrel... actually, I have always loved mongrels as opposed to pedigree because they are much more hardy and have gone through nature's "filtration"... only the fittest will survive and by the 3rd generation, you are getting real hardy dogs.

And also, partly from the fact that I was the last generation of "kampong" boys who grew up on a pig/veggie farm. We had a pack of about 40 mongrels around the house. Without them, I would have probably been a victim of snake bite.

Dashunds are great because though they look like toy dogs, they are actually bred for hunting and they find their own exercise, and hardly need me to exercise them. And they are smart as hell, though the hound class dogs are usually very stubborn so I end up having to break them in for the first year, and they become very loving pets. I simply adores hunting dogs. Except for beagles. They are just way too rebellious.

... any dog lovers here have dobermans?

Nope. But I love these hygene fanatics. The Dobs are the cleanest dogs to have... they will never soil their living space unless the owner really don't have time to take them out to do their business...

Prison break at where?

Hey need you guys advice.

My Rascal.. morning and night time when i am around, quite good boy. He will pee and poo at the newspaper in kitchen. But during afternoon when my mum back from work she will let Rascal run freely to living room (she back 2 hrs earlier then me). There he go do his CRIME. Pee and Poo at living room -_____- i dun know why. Everyday he seem like waiting for my mum to come back and pee. I tried to teach my mum to catch rascal put into the playpen ask him to she she.. when he done his business then let him out. But when my mum just start to move away the block at the kitchen. This Rascal already run out to living room.. pee within 10secs. -_____- why is he doing that?

did you amke sure you cleaned the living room throughly you might not be able to smell anyhitng but theere might be a lingering scent there. I'd suggest cleaning it off with ammonia to totally get rid of the smell. When rascal dos his busniess in the right place do you praise him? Ask you mom to let him do buensoes before letitng ihm out first? Also is his 'toilet' near his resting/playing place if so that might not be a good idea as you certinly wouldnt like to play or sleep near your own busniess...

yeah pro idol giving advise! hahha.

haze. pm-ed you.

Yes everytime he did his pee and poo at the right place i will pat pat him and said good boy.
No his "toilet" is at kitchen, playing and resting place any place of the house.

Ya you are right, i tried to explain to my mother if not dun train properly. He will thought he can pee where ever he like. My mum said will try her best :p
