Good morning, you are very early. Anyway, I thought that multiple nicks (aka clones) are not allowed in Clubsnap? How is that possible? :nono:

斩草不除根, 春风吹又生. Deregistering his/hers/its nick, he/she/it will come back with another new one which is like solving a symptom without tackling the root cause. I think these people need to be educated to learn to follow simple instructions and respect the rules and regulations.

Making use of CS private messaging system to do survey is considered a spam here unless you have gotten the receiver permission in the 1st place. Please take special note of that and let this be final warning.

Anyone caught doing that is risking having the account ban.

Hi I understand that which is why I have already email the webmaster and Darren to get approval ard 1 wks plus ago but I haven't got any reply. As my deadline is nearing, I decide to try private message inviting ard 20 people to do my survey, hoping to get some results.

Darren was out of country for a while and this is the Chinese New year period. Thats probably why he wasnt responding to you .

PM is the best method to get our attention. And usually I recommend that the PM to be sent to me and Darren for urgent attention. Thanks

Nope, any survey via PM is considered SPAM. And any public thread survey is also not allowed unless its initiated by ClubSNAP. We do not want data collection/gathering related activities conducted by external parties on ClubSNAP unless it has something to benefit everyone (members, external parties and CS).
