Dear All,

Can anyone recommend an Android Phone that can do internet tethering? Preferably something that is less than $100. Thanks!

All should b able to. Even the tablets as well

Hi, Oly5050! Crabball is right... Most Android smartphones and tablets with 3G/LTE connectivity can be configured as a portable wifi hotspot as an Android feature.

Should be able to get one of your liking with your budget. Just remember to make sure your data plan supports your usage pattern. If not, you might be in for a shock when your phone bill comes...

Ok. Thanks! Any specific recommendations or where can i go to buy these phones? Hoping to pay less than $100.

Some of lower end Android phone may become slow n laggy after some use. Huawei have some quite low budget phone.

If without plan, see weather u dare to use those other china made Android brand phone. but need to double check do they have tethering function.
Many Samsung, HTC etc look alike. Android Note II, Android S4 etc.
Even Nokia window look alike.

Huawei P2. Singtel plan + $198. Wouldn't you be paying a bomb to surf using notebook tethered to a mobile phone? Check your bill.
