Anaheim photo outlets

I will be going to Anaheim in 2 weeks time. Would appreciate if anyone could recommend a good photo store in Anaheim. Generally looking for Gitzo 2530 tripod. Heard its cheaper in States. Thanks for reading and best regards.

I stayed there for 4 days last month...ventured around the area and downtown.....erm...didn't see any photo outlet other than those photolab......your best bet would be places like South Coast Plaza etc...but still I didn't see any :sweat:

Gitzo 5 Star Dealers
These are the list of gitzo 5-star dealers in the USA...

None of those are in anaheim...

BUT.. u can try looking for their normal dealers on the distributor's website...

alternatively u can order online and get them to deliver to ur hotel room...

check out the prices at BH photo video and adorama.. the difference is only about $40-50 when compared to singapore... so it might not be worth it..

I want to buy the 2530 too but i found TK Foto is selling at 840 so there's not much point getting from us...

Thanks for the info. Really appreciate the info. I think you are right. If its such little difference then its worthwhile getting it locally. I will keep my options open and probably purchase it from TK after my trip. At $840, its quite a good price. Thanks again.

Hi, your best bet would be to go to Samy's Camera. I believe they have one, not in Anaheim but in Orange county.

The other and better option would be to go to the Samy's Camera outlet in LA, a 45 minute drive away without too much traffic. It's really big, 2 or 3 floors, along Fairfax blvd. The other place in LA would also be Bel Air Camera near UCLA. Hope this helps.

Great info. I have been to Samys when I was staying downtown. Really impressive. This time however I am booked at Anaheim. I might check out Orange county if I have spare time. Else I will make my way to Samys. You have been most helpful. Best regards.
