I'd say that the lights spoilt the whole pic.
"Enchanted woods" give me a soft lighting, misty feel. The spot lights too harsh already...

right, i felt there was something not exactly right abt the picture... i think that's it

wow, nice, smooth picture! i think the most distracting point of light is the one at the base of the tree. you can get rid of it by cropping, but that will sacrifice some of the ferns. the lights from the cottage/building are ok, methinks. give the picture a 'glitzy' look.

may i know what film/filter/ modifications used? thanks!

it's digital, original colours (due to the nice lighting reflected off the leaves) n stuff cept for the soft effect...

created a slightly blurred layer, made it transparent and stacked it over the original image in ps. similar to having a soft filter on.

glad u liked it! personally i feel it lacks some depth though ;p
