thanks sfoto
what camera are u using?
i use photoshop to tune the color balance to suit a particular street
and as for the face portraits, i adjust each of them differently to in accordance to their skin tone.
give it a try, you may grow to like taking street photos.
hi
tks for replying.
i am using canon 500D.
i am considering switching to nikon.. but my friend tells me that canon sensor produces better colour... i am not really sure lah... i think my eyes are not that sensitive.. was also told that canon is better for portrait and nikon is better for others.. when nikon cam is used to take porttraits, the skin looks hard...
i must go and find more nikon photos to compare with.. but not sure where can i find them...
well i can't really compare as i've never use a 500D before. but i think it comes down to preference. both the nikon and canon can be used for portraits, even a sony![]()
perhaps one day we can even change sensor... haha... in film, if you don't like this brand, u can buy another one.. for digital cam... once u buy the body the "film" is fixed... haha...
thanks for the comment
there is no trick to it. all i did was to walk up to them and ask if i can take a portrait
just be polite and smileyou can do it too, give it a go.
I like the 1st few portrait. Perhaps after taking, showing them the photo will be a nice gesture?
Interesting. I like the close up shot of the people. Such diversity.![]()
