did you actually took tons of shots until you get the right one? or you will standby you camera and wait for that moment? =)
I like the colour saturation too. Any editing done by PS with regards to the colour/contrast?

Thank you for liking. Usually they know they I will be taking photos when I take out my camera but I try to make myself transparent if I want those natural expressions. The younger one will start giving me weird poses and expressions thou. haha.. But for those with theme, I will usually get them in the situation and mood 1st by playing making it fun 1st. As for the color satuation, which pic were you referring to? I edit the photos in both PS and LR.
