one thing no one seems to have mentioned, not sure if AP does it, is that ms color allow u to test item for 7 days and if u not happy can return and replace. i find that quite invaluable, especialy for lenses.[/QUOTE]

i always buy from ms color as well, but never heard of this before. hmm... this made me think abit...like what John Tan mentioned.

I've been with MS for more than 13 yrs n I shud say dat there is no such thing!!! :nono:

Even if there is, itz a 7 days xchange policy which I believe applies to most shops if not all (includes all electronic related shops). Diz however, is only applicable if e product u bought is faulty n not if u r not happy with it. Coz if itz faulty, they can xchange w e supplier too.
 

I started buying my stuff from MS Color recently. Willie is very friendly and helpful....when he says call him back in 10 minutes for enquiry, you can bet he is ready to give you a friendly reply. It took me a month of procrastination before getting my item from Willie and yet he is ever so friendly and helpful.
John 3:16...bought my camera there but I have never gone back.
AP...dealth with them on the phone but not sure if I'll buy....
If in town, I always deal with Nelson from TCW.

whos to say if a unsharp lens is faulty or not? its a very subjective thing...
all i know is that that florence told me if i wasnt happy with my lens sharpness (cos the model i bought had a reputation for sometimes having QC issues) i could return it for another one, no questions asked.

Agreed! Datz bcoz itz known for QC issues so itz recognized by e manufacturer n supplier. ;)
 

do they do trade-in of digital camera ?

no they dont accept trade ins..
 

it would be tough to get a good value on a 2MP camera at this stage.
 

ic.. know of any shops that will take in digital cam?
if not have to find pte sellers?
