You are from the rugby team! Well how did the team do at the inter JC gamesduring your time? Still into Rugby? Me too old already liao. Now instead of running with the ball, I still need have to carry 2 spare tyres. How to run :dunno:

Yep, the dinner was in a pitched up tent at the basketball court. By the way skyflash, do you know that is a yahoo group for the AJCians alumni. If you want to attend the dinner you can actually get into contact with the organisers. Go to the MOE website and check out the AJC website

Last I heard, tickets are all sold out for this dinner. I couldn't get any table for my class back in late May. When I saw Mr Seet SM during the rehearsal for the AJC Dance/Choir concert, he told me there might be some left, but probably some loose seats here and there...

If anyone interested, no harm calling AJ to check... maybe yamcake can verify the status of the tickets for us? If u r aware of it, that is... and btw, are you going to be covering this event? Or u have ORD from PS already? ;p

Are you going for the dinner? If anyone is going do post some photos about the event. Would really like to see the crowd By the way, went for the first alumni dinner held at the JC compund. Not very well organised. Maybe this will be different after so many years.

was from ajc too...lots of bad memories..good ones were from the hockey team and from some of the really really cool teacher..one of which ultimately became my godfather..haa..

Did the stupid alumni magazine for ajc ....anyone saw it yet...proposed good concept..in the end ..they still want the old type school mag style..pek chek...

I volunteered covering the event.. so i will be there flashing away... haha.. hope to get it right...

For your info:

the school is trying to "force" 10 people from each class to go for the dinner.. but the call is not that forceful la.. its like persuasion.
Anyway, the school didn't really promote the event to everyone still in the school YET. But they send out the letters to invite the parents, which I didn't even hand in the form.. :nono: ;p

I believe that they have quite enough people attending already la.. i suppose... if you want the tickets, info:

This year, They Close Shop.

You know why? The principal said that they was a talent fight btw the dance society and them... so... in order to protect the dance (which was a different style one), they scrapped this Cca..

During our time, we are really committed to our ECA aka CCA. We practised until 8 to 9 pm everyday before tournaments and even arranged practise camps. Our year was where we won the track and field champs for both boys and girls 'A' division. Basketball Champ etc. Whoa lau really enjoy the fun of the activities. But when study, die lah, have to catch up like mad. :cry: . Lots of fun. Yamcake, enjoy the last few moments. A few more years and then you end up like me, WORK and WORK :sweat: :sweat:

Actually, the fun part is not the ECA or CCA or whatever. It is the friends lah. That is where all the fun comes about. ECA and stuff are just an event where you make more friends.

By the way tommorrow going to Sembawang gardens to shoot Sunrise than bring my sons to the Zoo. And guest what Shoot like crazy tommorrow. :lovegrin:

This was where I started my photography..many fond memories of AJ.. the brickpath from the canteen to the SL was laid by my council..think the SL change place liao....glad to see so many AJ pple around....
