I am still waiting for a reply from you for the 2nd faulty adapter... I have been calling you but to no avail. The adapters you provided me have a life span of only 4-6 months.

Their after sales service really take time.
I have received the replacement adapter but still SET RH cannot reach by cabi. So i just turnoff the cabi and wait for them to repair it on Sunday.
Hoping that they can immediately give justice to this expensive equipment.
I bought it nov 1 and i still cannot use it til now :-(
Never will i recommend this product because of their poor service to customer like us.

Wahhh so short.
My experience with the 1st adapter is that when i try to pull it off from the outlet the adapter body suddenly open and expose its conponent.
Luckily i already receive new adapter.
But sad to here that after using it the cabi still cannot meet set RH even after 5 days

Aipo seriously needs to step up their customer service dept. Miss Mok (AIPO) I hope you are reading this, the drybox do not come cheap and the most decent thing you could do is to replace your current inventory of adapters and replace your current customers faulty adapters. I have a 88L drybox and I have alot of money invested in there. Is Aipo going to to be responsible in the event my equipments grows fungus?
