Hi!

Just bought Aipo at K-13 Marketing.

1. How to register warranty?

But encounter delivery failure

2. Set RH 45 but the lowest rh was 58. The cab was close with empty space for 3days.
Dehumidifier shows
ZL 2006 2 0058950.8
Does it mean its 2006 production?
Please advice what to do

Need help!

I just bought Aipo 38L model but cabinet cannot reach my desired RH?
Set RH is 45
Digital reading is 58.
It was closed empty for more than 5days.

How to use cabinet if RH is too high for my Equipment.

Seems like APSG doesnt care to answer my concern tsk tsk

I totally understand that johndc, i myself is also waiting for their staff to come and pick up my dry cabinet.
Apparently, their usual delivery man, Sebastian told me that he's no longer with the company and refuses to come pick up the dry cabinet.

Now, I'm waiting for Ms Mok to make other arrangement. I've been without dry cabinet for sometime already, and it's getting on my nerves that it's taking too long to see any action done.
