I have sent you email but there was no reply.

I have received the part last week and have been using it till now.
I have emptied the dry cabinet and let it run (as if it was newly setup) but after 1 day, the humidity level is constantly between 62-65 now.

Is there something wrong with the unit itself instead of the power adaptor?

It was set at 40 when i first received mine.

It was running fine for months (with humidity level set to 42) until some weeks ago, the humidity level hovers around 50+ and refused to go down. the running light was on all the time.

I wrote to Ms Mok and she has sent me a replacement part which I received last week. However, even after replacing it, the humidity level just doesn't go down.

Now, it just hovers between 62-65 with the running light on constantly. I'm waiting to hear from Ms Mok to see what can be done.
