after seeing the photos of the location, i guess it doesnt matter if u are able to include glimpse of it a not, it does not distinctly reflect the place well enough. given all the practical problems, i guess u made the right decision not to show much of the location : )

Ah moon is an undergrad at Guangzhou and the location is located at GZ indeed..
Yup..this round I think it is obvious that I did not interact well with the ambience surroundings..

This place is not my first choice as I found out a bit late that my initial target site is actually located at the outskirt about 2 hours single trip away from center of Guangzhou city.. I think it's a bit too much to ask a young pretty gal to go so far out to a location she havent been to b4 with a stranger that she's meeting first time, so I give up the idea..

Decided on this location quite last minute, after some research and partly in consideration of some advises received from ada (thanks, hehe)..
Apart from than lacking experience shooting in the location, the place is also quite a bit more crowded than I expected on a weekday.. there are 阿伯, 阿嘛 sitting all around the benches in the park and plenty of school kids walking around running about.. I planned the shoot mainly based on the limited pics of the location I saw and nvr visited the site b4.. many spots that I imagine dont really works due to people walking about and around.. sighh..

I probably need a few more tries and visits in order to make better use of the surroundings at this site.. :think:

and oh.. plenty of wedding couples hanging around too.. haha

The landmark of 沙面 is probably around the centre of the park:

not easy to shoot there cos of pple walking around and taking pics, unless you want to take tourist kinda snapshots..

This shot is taken around the center area.. not easy to wait for the path to clear and still quite a bit of distracting elements around..

True, I frequently tends to be gulity of overdoing the pinkish/reddish tone here and there.. thanks for reminding!

Distinctive Kongo style... Always the soft, gentle and demure look. Doing what you do best. Very nice and soft except for the skin color a little pinkish for me, but that's just my personal taste lah. Well done.
