Ooh, that's the DA40mm f2.8 Limited pancake lens.Actaully its even smaller. Cos I have a lens hood and a 49mm filter on which, well, almost doubles its size...

Yes. I could have bought a 40.5mm (iirc) filter and attach it inside the hood. That'll cut down another 4mm of thickness. But its not on my priority list of things to do though...

1338 is the price with just the vanilla body. The kx with basic kit lens is around $800 i think. So the difference is some $600++. But its still a very worth while camera to get.
