My studio is located just 3 mins away from Little India station at 225 selegie road, as the office space is under-utilized now, I am looking for freelance producers, architects, graphic/web designers, animators, 3-D modellers and the likes to come in to share the space.
The whole space can be re-partitioned to fit 7-10 people, interested party can contact me at my mobile (96922593) to arrange for viewing. Rental (including internet and utilities) will definately by less than $1000, depending on the amount of space you need and the number of people coming in to share the space.
