Hi Jooann, wanna ask about your studio rates.

1.) What are the T&C to rent the studio at $15?
2,) When i visited your studio, and requested for the package agreement paper. Under 'Extra Services' Usage of props seems to be chargable. May i know what is counted under props, i was told by you that whatever in the area we saw that day was in the package.
