Thanks for the discussion. So far, my finding is:

AFD 60mm micro
- 9 inch minimum focus distance
- distortion about 10-20%
- effective aperture ??
- good for copy work, flowers

AFD 105mm micro
- 1 feet minimum focus distance
- less distortion
- effective aperture F5
- good for flowers, insert, maybe portraits

Haha, if money no problem, what should I get?
Also, does these micro lens easily attract dust "inside" the lens barrel?

if $$$ not a problem, then get all (just joking)
the 105mm does gets dust inside the lens barrel, but that's not so much a problem.

some swear by the 60mm micro, but 105mm micro is my favourite lens for macros (coz it's my only lens for macros?). yet to use it for portraits but i think it should be good enuff....
well, i'm not a pro. just a trigger happy hobbyist....

You might want to know the bokeh of the 105micro is simply terrible.

Other than that, it's a good lens.

There is some dust problem.
