The manual is a softcopy and is included with the software. Please go through the beginner tutorials in the software and on adobe.com

Manuals are quite useless IMHO, you just can't describe the functionalities in words.

Check out Adobe TV at the Adobe.com website, you'll find most of what you need there. Also youtube, SLR Lounge website have a lot of video tutorials.

LR4 is still quite new. It will take a while for the "Lightroom 4 for Dummies" and similar books to be released and shipped here.

So far the only place I can find some help is from AdobeTV. They have video help on these.

Been playing with the software and found there us quite a learning curve..... got to read an try and error

Lightroom 5 is already out for some time.....

hence buying books is quite useless unless you can finishing reading it within a few months.

and there are many such books can be found in our National Library.
