Able to log in but in ban mode

Few weeks ago, my friend after register and log in till now, his account is remain banned.. He can't read or post, cause the whole threads is statue "Private".. He did email to webmaster@clubsnap.com, but till now no response or email got bounce back, due to full email.. I was wondering create a email, asking members to email when got any issue but yet no response to it.. So the email is just a dummy..?

Anyway i believe there will be 101 reasons and excuses.. :thumbsd:

u know... u sure have a very funny way of asking helping fm our admins.... insulting them is the surest way of getting ur request ignored...

since u are not interested in "excuses" (btw, the webmail is valid.. the reason for the slow response has been given by Darren and Edmond before... but i guess u're not interested), i guess there's no purpose for this thread?
