how does the c sonnar handle the 42MP resolution? I can't access the flickr site from office and can only see the posted sizes here. so can't see in more detail.

It's not a lens desgined to be extremely sharp. But good enough when stop down to f2. F1.5 is a bit soft

thanks! i was considering between this C sonnar and the F2 planar ZM. perhaps the F2 planar will be a reasonable option at F2, much cheaper vs the loxia too 2nd hand.

F2 planar is sharp. I have fe55 already so don't need another. C-sonnar has the classic look and better BOKEH...
