a. Low light performance not better than Df and A7s
b. Low light Video not better than A7s
c. Focus tracking not as good as Canon and Nikon
d. Only 5fps
f. No leaf shuttle feature as compare to MF

But got 42MP sensor .....nowadays everybody needs 42MP ......backside sensor ....... :bsmilie:

I dont think they do and our allocation is small .. Europe and the US will get the bulk as usual and to quote a friend who is familiar with the shipment channels - 'what they (other regions) sell in a day is what we sell in a year. Go figure ...'

How can we compare entire continental Europe to Singapore. We should be comparing major cities eg Frankfurt.

Is it truly an allocation issue? Did we see this happening with other manufacturers when releasing flagship models?

I've nothing against Sony as a whole. Just peeved at the marketing department

Just got mine Cathay had the last one! .. I just tested at the shop and yes what they say about the viewfinder is true :-( basically the zoom is useless and you can't mf anymore.. Everything is smeared and blurry... I hope they fix that somehow

try setting your display quality to high instead of the default standard quality. the VF looks more detailed to me den in the past. adjust the dioper accurately and it should be good.

Just got mine at Cathay too with the 35 F1.4. Tonight only can play and do some test

don't have too high expectations of the 35 1.4 wide open. it's known for its nice rendering but is not super sharp. Even the super sharp 55 FE is showing considerable higher CA on the a7r2. the high resolution will expose all the lense weaknesses.
