What I got excited was the verdict (although the preview will be followed by a full review):
"...the addition of a much higher spec DSLR, with a faster shooting speed, tenacious AF, better image quality and high resolution certainly adds another string to the Sony bow... ...For now though, the a700 looks like it's capable of giving certainly Canon, Pentax and Olympus a hard time."
Still waiting for the ultimate DPReview though......

That's the Japan price... wait for the first run to sell out first... price should drop from the second run onwards... first run production is 30k, then subsequently 20K per month...

Sony has nailed down the weakness of 7D, it's AF with new sensor, and faster motor drive.
I wish the third party like Sigma will make HSM version for alpha too.
Hopefully it will perform equally impressive as what it's on paper now.
KM loyalist really deserve this. I was told a popular shop he has long list of pre order :thumbsup:
