Hi. You are very good. i never missed anyone of your presentations in Clubsnap, although i don't comment much, . Just one question ... are you doing this fulltime?

Oh...thanks for the compliments too...still on Minolta? =) I actually made a real concious effort to switch back a couple of months back... but couldnt find any G lens ...sigh... besides, the 20D's noise control at high iso is pretty good... (when compared to my 10D).

hahahha you definitely deserve it so you're welcome! ;p and yea still on Minolta!! Don't think I'll change system lah.... I'm hooked to Minolta lenses already... besides canon or Nikon is too expensive lahh....

Really quite amazed at how you can handhold it at 1/8..... Is this at 85mm? Even your wide angle lenses are f2.8 lenses??

Ok..Just to clarify...I am not such an equipment centric person...its just that the Minolta's G lens are really to die for la... =) Abt the best bokehs I have seen... rivalling even leicas and contaxs...

I'm sure they are to die for but ehhh their price is to die for as well :bsmilie: anyway I'm sure you can justify getting it since you do so many weddings!

Thanks... and no I am not doing this full time. I take about 4 assignments a month...sometimes six. Thats about it. =)

Hi! No...I wont hold the 85 at 1/8...sure blur...for me at least. Only the wides can shoot at 1/8... I still try as much as poss to maintain the rule of speed = 1/focal length... Will push abt two stops max.

The 85mm is shot at 1/60? =)

If really cant...then use flash and bounce. No harm done... can still get quite mood shots..

Thank you... Honestly...the presentation is meant to enhance the vieing of the photo but the photos are still the real deal eh?

Heya... yup loads of plug-ins and manual interventions! Hahah... I have created alot of actions of my own to shorten the workflow. I have checked out BM. Great prints but too ex la...

Using more ambient light is a way to break away from the kind of look that most wedding photographers are producing, definitely a plus.

Can see that you're quite daring with the black and white conversion now, venturing more black tones. Right now is making it look really like b&W (try tweaking the highlight/shadow feature, dodge & burn)...
