A nice and compact pouch for LX3?

hi guys, just wonder, does Leica 18669 leather case fits LX3 nicely? anybody knows where to get this in Singapore?

This case fits my LX3 though not perfectly as the metal buckle hinders alittle. But not much of a worry as it's leather n aft some usage, the case works perfectly. :thumbsup:

Fyi, my friend has a brand new Leica case (as above) which he is letting go as he did not use it for his D-Lux 3.

I got a lowepro apex PV AW case for my LX3. the case is meant to fit a pocket viewer (hence PV designation), but i found that it fitted the lx3 reasonably well with some room for extra card and batt. the other apex cases were just to small for my taste.

But usually i don't even bring the apex case along.. i just dump it into a padded compartment in my crumpler 7mdh. haha

The Kata DP 413 fits the LX3, thought might be a bit of a squeeze. I'm using the Kata DP415, a bit roomier though.

can get from schmidt marketing.. at red hill e-centre.. you can email them to ask whether its in stock or not.. but whether worth it or not to get this pouch.. you decide cuz the price is not very worth it.. i got it at $110 last time..

I alternate between the Kata Macro KS and the DF-408. Both fit perfectly. Macro KS has a little more space for extra battery and SD cards, has good padding and easy to get the camera out and ready. :thumbsup:

I got the Lumix version of this case today. Cost $85. Which I think is damn expensive. Now trying to sell this away at a loss. Fits the LX3 nicely though. Perfect fit. Anybody interested in this case can PM me or smth.

I concur, the Kata DF-408 camera pouch is good to go for the LX3 with my Ricoh neck strap.

I have tried the Optech, Tamrac and Lowepro pouches for the LX3.

If you want to place the LX3 horizontally in a pouch, get the Kata DF-410V.

1. Panasonic LX3 with Ricoh neck strap in a Kata DF-408.
Front compartment for battery and SD card.

2. Kata DF-408 closed with shoulder strap.

3. Back view of pouch.

Probably, since the case is fits the camera perfectly. Dont think there'll be extra room for the ricoh cap.
