That is true.

I don't think the general education model has changed much from 10-20 years ago when I was still schooling. There was tuition then, but it was not emphasized as much.

If the students from "TOP RANKING" schools need to go for tuition to maintain their grades.

That means the school ranking is a joke

Why don't parent just send their kids to ordinary neighborhood school and the best tuition center instead of the "TOP RANKING" school

I agree with the former teacher.

Let teachers teach and tutors help student pass exams.

The marking of test and exam papers should be out source to 3rd party to reduce the teachers workload..
