You bought new headphones or earphones? How much it costed you?
I also looking for a reasonably good pair (and also reasonably priced), just gotten a Samsung 1GB mp3 player as lucky draw prize from my company's CNY function, the default earphones ain't that good, a lot of external noise leaks in, and got to pump up volume on bus or train
Any suggestions folks? Budget say abt 70 bucks max but cheaper of coz is better.

You can bring your MP3 to test the various earphones/ headphones the have before you actually purchase it. The uncle very nice one!
Like DA said, crossroads & TC20 are popular, go hear and test them out.
I also chance upon it when in Hardwarezone. There are people doing MO for crossroads & TC20, cheap but some MOs seem dead, no updates.
Exchange will be a problem as during 1 year warranty, you gotto send overseas to exchange.
I got fedup at waiting for MO, hence buy at higher price at Jarben. Good thing I can just go back to them if earphones got problem

hashbrown - not fan cannot solve the issue, but its gonna be troublesome to keep lugging e laptop fan everywhere...
