Day 5 - From Heho Airport to Shwe Yan Paya, En Route to Nyaung Shwe Jetty.

So, we landed at Heho Airport, in Heho the gateway town.
We drove to this old Shwe Yan Paya, the temple that is made of teak wood.
Here is just a Google map with our GPS coordinates plotted out to show the relations between Heho Airport, Shwe Yan Paya and Nyaung Shwe Jetty, where we boarded the fast boat to Inle Lake Resort.

Now Ladies and Gentlemen,
from Mandalay Airport to Sunflower Field to Heho Airport to Shwe Yan Paya... you guys have got lots of powerful shots.
I know because I saw you all shooting.
I have provided the record shots already.
Now it's your turn to post up all your lovely shots... Come come come!

I think since we have come to Shwe Yan Paya, which is so near Nyaung Shwe jetty, the jetty where we boarded the slow boats to Inle Lake, we might as well just take that one extra step to bring the travelogue all the way to Inle Resort so that every one can start putting all his/her photos all the way to Inle Lake...

So here goes...

Day 5 - Inle Lake - Finally!

A short distance from Shwe Yan Paya by road brought us to Nyaung Shwe, that small town which is where we take our slow boats and travel by water to our first destination on Inle Lake - our resort - Inle Resort.

Nice de-sat effect of the wooden facade.

Very nice capture of this old monk! Can totally feel the years of hardship, experience and wisdom from this.

I am just a passerby, hanging around, admiring your trip and photos. I hope you guys do not mind my presence. :)

No worries at all, JadeIceGreen! I was merely wondering if you were one of our trek members and trying to put a face to it.

Appreciate you following our story and contribution. Hope to see you in one of our trips soon!
