7D pro and cons

other than that , it is a very very good cam with plenty of features ..must learn how to use .
Afterall, whatever cam u use. practise . practise and pratise..

You cant say that being a crop frame camera is a con bro..full frame is not everything.
Every product has its physical constraints and you have to work within limits of the product's capabilities.

cropped frames have 1.6X the reach compared to full frame. If you're shooting birds with FF you'd be cursing and swearing carrying a 5D or 1Ds with a 600mm or 800mm lens when you can achieve the same results with a 50D/7D with 100-400mm lens

it doesnt matter if your taking 7D or xxD it all depends on the shooter or let say photographer.

i find all the latest technology by canon in this cam.
the amazing AF, the fast shooting fps, 100% viewfinder....
the list goes on...
the con is if when u dun make use of those features.

So far i has been great with the 7D however theres 2 issues with it, 1 theres always the sensor cleaning noise which its quite loud and when i shoot video outdoors the temperature icon pops up quite fast, in other words it heats up quite fast outdoors while video shooting =)

Agree with the sensor cleaning noise, but thats more amusing than bothering.

For the heating up one, I think that’s normal for all HD-DSLRs. In fact my 500D used to heat up faster than my 7D now.

Agree. My 500D heats up so bad after a full-day vid shoot every 29mins that I was afraid it was gonna get spontaneous combustion! Guess what? It didn't! :thumbsup: :lovegrin:
