7D pricing

I expect the initial street price to be $2375-$2400, with initial gouging to bring it up to $2450-$2500. This is just barely undercutting the D300s price.

The 18-135 and 15-85 are quite costly, seems to be ~$480 and $1000 respectively in kit package.
(cash prices of course).

I agree that the price of both new lens are quite pricy, with 15-85mm going at 1369, would it be better to buy the 17-55mm instead? :think:

Hi, EFS18-135mm has a DC motor whereas EFS15-85mm has SWM which is better for video recording with lesser noise. However, there is a price diffference. Videographer would choose 15-85mm.

You are welcome as a canon user.
As you get used to the camera, maybe get some adaptors and use your Olympus lens back. :bsmilie:

4/3 lens is not compatible to other system... so no point keeping if I dun own any 4/3 body.

only Olympus OM lens compatible to other system like EOS or Nikon...
