I absolutely agree... monopod is not as easy as many think it is.

Do you have any guidiance of a proper use of monopod? :embrass:

I'm not sure what is meant by not knowing how to use a monopod. I think it's a matter of preference, the method that should be utilised is the one that strikes the best balance (to you) between stability and comfort.
