70-200 2.8 IS Mk2 - any local shops with stock?

I do hope the price of this baby doesn't go beyond $3500.
Shall ask the staff at the few shops at Funan today.

Hopefully the price would be rather acceptable even though I am still living on bread and water to get this baby.

Enquired with TK Foto 2 weeks ago, they received 1 piece twice and both sold within a day. Apparently, the waiting list is quite long. Was quoted $3350 cash all in.

i went to ask for a quote on the 70-200 f/2.8 IS USM mkI. Its around 2.9k still for a new one...

Depends on how much BBB people get. I'd rather spend money on a different lens (Focal length) versus topping up to get a mk2.
