Do check if the 12-24 lenses can fit a FF camera. My understanding is that some of these lenses are built for APS-C.
The Sigma 12-24 is a full-frame lens. It is not designed specifically for APS-C sensors.

Quite true......never mind I try to be there and see see look look...as I heard at Osaka have a lot of shop selling 'electronic discounted'...
5D is selling about HKD18000 in HK.. so it is close to SGD3600 base on average conversion rate. Wing Sing allows Credit card payment and no extra charge... but do note that credit card rate maybe around 4.9x compares to local money changer 5.05. Do your maths![]()
does the 5D mirror drop out occured to the SG sets? or overseaa sets as well?
Due to moisture climate, the glue maybe is suitable for cold countries...Culés;3245688 said:Maybe it happens only in hot/humid climates; I spoke to the Canon agents in Sri Lanka, he also confirmed the sets sold in Lanka also faced the same problem (they will get it repaired for free or for a small fee, if not bought direct from them).

My mirror in the 5D came off while I was shooting Thaipusan with a 70-200 lens. Had me completely shocked. Did not have spare camera so couldn't complete the shoot. Bumper!! Now have to go and get it fixed..
Can we bring to Canon Service centre to do the glue thing even before the mirror drop out? Everytime I see this thread refreshed... I got scared :embrass:
