Update: I read in the DC Home forum in HK that a 5D Kit (24-105 F/4 IS USM) is going for only HK$23,600 at wan chai computer city. Works out to be around SGD4,673 @ 5.05 rate.
For those interested in 30D kit (17-85 IS USM), it's going for HKD9,980 at Wing Shing / Man Shing. Works out to be around SGD1,976 @ 5.05 rate (even cheaper than the price of a 400D + 17-85 IS USM kit!)

Prices are similar to Orient PHoto at SimLim
No nieed to fly to HK but still need to pay 7% GST
Good trade off if you need just one item.
