5700 filter Adapter

Anyone used these before ?

I just ordered a few 52mm to try out and they are on the way.
Might have extra for sale if people are interested.
Cost me 30 USD each (25 + 5 for shipping)

My greatest fear is that it might fall off while moving for place to place or when i accidently bump into someone.

Yep am using the bernie's adaptor 52mm threading.

So far s good, near 7 months already.

Unless you purposely want to knock it off otherwise I don't think so.

For my when I walk or move, I retract my lens back into the body, if I leave the lens pointing out, I'll position my camera to face down.

Never had the problem of the adaptor popping out.

For a short time, i was using this for my coolpix

its a bit pricier, but i managed to attach a 0.42x lens as well as a 2x one on it, as well as use it as a lens hood.

anyway just FYI

Does the bernie lense adpater coz 'crop' the phots ....it looks like its covering part of the lense

No, it doesn't, at least for 52mm. You can stack 2 filters and it will still be fine. You need to get a new 52mm lens cap.

It does not cover the lens

There won't be vignetting until you stack > 3 filters on the adapter.
