If you do not know what to buy for a DSLR system, chances are that you will not know the difference between Kit I or Kit II. Buy the cheapest kit, master the system, and upgrade the kit lens later. All experienced DSLR users will only buy the body and choose the specific lenses they need to go with it for many different reasons.

I second what Anthony said. Kit I will get you started well enough. After you have learn more about using DSLR, the type of lenses, your shooting preference and well, photography in general, then you will know which lenses to invest in.

Btw, Kit II is 18-135, not 15-135, surprise no one pointed it out.

TS, u need to rmb this. Aperture bigger like 1.4-2.8 are expensive lenses. Jump to the buy and sell section and see see ba.
