50th Anniversary 50mm Summicron f/2

I saw a new old stock 50th Anniversary 50mm Summicron f/2 today in a shop in Hong Kong, price is HKD13800, full box, cert, hood, accessories, etc. Condition looks brand new.

Good deal? About SGD2365. I am just curious to see if this is considered a good deal since the shop has alot of older lenses that is priced quite reasonably.

I doubt I will buy the lens since I already have the current version 50mm Summicron and I like it alot, plus I am not really a collector, I "normally" only buy what I will use.

Not good BUT Great deal! Buy & use & sell your current one. If NOS, the price is cheaper than a new Cron50! So definitely Great BUY!
BTW it's the one that's fashioned after the Rigid cron, right? I love this ONE.
.......and.... if you like it in BlackPaint....this lens is paired with MP classic edition...probably can find in HK too (but as a set).

It is the Jahre special edition. I am assuming the optics is the same but the styling is more old school?

Yes 50jahre Edition. Optics same as current, styling Rigid Cron.
Buy! Buy! Buy!......seriously if you like the styling, should buy & sell your current.
