The closest thing I have seen for the ASPH Cron is this: Sony Nex-7 with Leica M-glass (rolling review) « Terence S Jones – a guy with a camera

That said, given that the old crons are symmetric wides it makes me wonder how well they perform. It seems that the telecentricity requirement for the NEX7 is very strong compared to the NEX5. I can hope that Sony does a better job with the microlens array in the future.

Wow... thanks for the advise. If it's symmetric wides like the Super Wide Heliar 15-4.5, I will pass this lens then... Tried the Super Wider Heliar, purple fringing is bad...

If it appears from a Leica, it's called "glow" and the lens has a character. From any other lens, it's a design flaw...

Leica fan boys love this "flaw" ya know? Paying big bucks to get it... LOL

The "glow" does indeed make for nice portraits! Another lens that has a lot of glow from f/1.4 to f/2 is the Nikkor-S 5cm f/1.4 available in LTM and S-mount.

CV 35 f1.2 v2 indeed is a great choice. Despite the size and weight of the lens, the image quality really is awesome.

If you have enough budget and want the best and smaller lens, grab a 35lux FLE. Price will stay better than any other lenses due to its shortage in supply.

If you don't mind the weight and size of the CV35F1.2II, it is near to a 35lux in some areas, though still not as good. But for this price, it is really a bargain in the M world.

Sold my CV35F1.2II mainly due to size. It is relatively big and heavy on my M9P, not to mention when used on my Nex 7 (previously).

Yeah... tatz d concern... So better to buy a CV 35-1.2 APSH 2 to play wif first and save up abit for the Lux FLE 35mm... Guess will take awhile so first target will be Errz's CV 35-1.2 ASPH 2... Haha... Anybody else selling??
