Wah, so fast. Thought you shot on F4? Or is it on digital? My personal favourite is Ropes.

:bsmilie: :bsmilie: :bsmilie: i'm surprised the lab takes only 1 hr to develop + scan to CD.

For the Ropes pic, its the usual wooden barrier found on lorries. this lorry comes with some ropes for me to take photo. :bsmilie:

I used my 24-70/2.8 fixed to 70mm for this outing... didn't really like 50mm range. LOL... Think i shall try 18mm wide angle next time :)

Some requesting to abandon the 50mm concept. Some requesting to allow use of zoom lens with zooming. Those who went to any one of the 3 outings, I did not really "forced" you to use a 50mm, as I know there are some who do not have one.

But I have to reinforce the concept behind this outing, that is improving your framing and picture, while learning to work with restrictions.

I would say that you can choose one of the following:
1. Use a 50mm prime
2. Use another prime of your choice
3. Use a zoom but you fixed it to 50mm thoughout the outing
4. Use a zoom but you fixed it at any one focal length you prefer thoughout the outing

Let us organise a meetup for viewing of the photos, say sometime this week?

Hmm... might not be free next week, so post my pictures here.

much better, he's no longer a red indian now. :D

agree that can't do much about bokeh.
personally i find the two persons on the left quite distracting due to the bokeh. a smaller aperture will be better, i think.

anyway it's a nice pic! i have not captured such street shots till now... :embrass:

i have learned abt how to street shoot from you guys, Wormz & Areality, from yr pics. Still waiting for others to post their pics.... :)

Try to crop the man in blue shirt, metal watch, will definitely looks nicer.

Wormz do check the above hyperlink, i make it looks like out of hasselblad

No one planning to meetup for sharing of photos I guess (since a few have scanned and posted).

Look towards the 3rd installment of the outing ;)
