Me newbie, i just bought my 105 not long ago

I used 1:1 (10cm??) for more of the shots, no extension tubes, just 105+flash

KT, snail is very artistic, but give it more contrast, to get more punch, and richer colors.
The butterfly shot, nitpick is the depth of field too shallow, and same thing can play with the shadows and highlights to give the butterfly more punchy colors, more contrast.

Ha ha... no problem lah, everyone is just there to learn. The animals were quite cooperative... just stay there dun move let me take!! Maybe its the 'Off spray' I used, it may have froze them there! Tks for the commendation...

No special software I took in Raw and iso 200. Nikon software is superb enough... also touch up slightly in photoshop lah

Yea I loved this too... however did some touch up in PS, removed some distracting branches in the way and of course added my signature!
