the smudge on the yellow, purple and black area. look like either fungus or dust reflection. ;p

Dismentle the lens, check all glass, and the only glass can't be clean is the top piece, think the fungus already "eat" into the glass.. so.. order another 2 more..without the fungus.. one with the SMC M the other with the SMC A.
