is it? wat kind of star need so high setup to shoot?
think the tripod can auto track the star movement..
the motorised stage leh...... but if you got a long lens about 800-1000mm... you can shoot stars loh..... one thing singapore is too light polluted loh...

ooooo.. u wanna go into astronomy photography ar? haha... i rather shoot still pics with star trails. and buy a telescope to watch stars
it is not auto track star movement but to counter the earth rotation lah...
Earth is rotating all the time... shooting stars need super long exposure... therefore, during super long exposure... you can see star trail on your picture.... in order not to have this star trails effect... you need a motorised stage to be mount onto your tripod. This motorised stage will rotate to counter the earth rotation effect.
think they drive to malaysia to shoot... saw some of the picture, nice.. colorful..
