super nice pic #1 !

Harlow Revad3, super duper thanks! to me it could ve been sharper, but everything else looks right & i just have to like it as it is now : )

:D Wowee...I saw this on your blog. Very good work.

Yo Leejay! wah thank you for frequenting my journal, i better don't write too much secrets on it haha! thanks for the compliments, i still much to improve my shooting skills at wide open.

already know what to expect seeing the TS name already..

#1 and #2 my fav

Hey ya Sprintist, so paiseh lah! i just try my best to maintain some standard, this series my QC not too strict also coz it s not entirely my own personal shoot : ) Thanks ya!!!

Waiming, you never fail to impress.

I really like your style and DI work.

Yo Gavin! please don't say that, i still got a long way to go : ) Thanks a lot for the liking my stuffs, but there are many who like yours too ahhahaha!

I like the 1st one. Classic!

Hi Barracuda! seems like many like the first one. i feel bad coz i didnt do the good lighting (by Ivan) and great pose (by Ada) justice enough, it shld be sharper than this, esp the hair : )

most picture appears to be very rigid on poses. model not give some warm smile even though she is pretty. it doesnt bring out her charm.

another thing doesnt flatter her i find, imo, chicken wing pose!!! < > poses looks very mechanical and not gentle on her.

Hi there Kimura papaya! chicken wing pose haha! that s a funny description :P thanks for the input will take note.

Regarding smiling, for those poses here, i think it s more appropiate not to smile too much. thanks for spending your valuable time to comment, really appreciate it : )

Great posing and composition.... Use of light also very good...

Good pictures!

Thank you chanhin! i guess i ll only take credit for composition haha! the rest all thanks to Ivan and Ada doing a great job : )

Yes...credit to Ivan See. If you had to do it yourself next time, you'll know what to do. One to one shooting, it's difficult to achieve result like this without assistant.

Harlow cabbySHE, yah good lighting set by Ivan : ) i agree mostly to your point. on another level, i do feel more ownership if it s my personal shoot though. it s the same thing like when i m making my own indie short animation, versus playing a part in a feature length one, different end quality and different kind of satisfaction : )

I like the first set. Its like from a kung fu movie or something.

Well done TS and superb Ivan!

Thanks thanks JacePhoto! your description so interesting can haha! must be the wind effect :P

Smile??? It'll become another typical xmm shots. :faint:

Hi wakaowalao, thanks for dropping by! i m not sure if it ll be like xmm shoot if she smiles, but yah i m alright with her icy ice look in my shots here too : )

Yo Gavin! please don't say that, i still got a long way to go : ) Thanks a lot for the liking my stuffs, but there are many who like yours too ahhahaha!

don worry, not trying to be sacastic, just feel that technically putting wrist in waist is like a chicken wing shape. it will make model looks very machanical

Very nice series... yeah, almost everyone commented that she looks like Kelly Chen. lol

the direction of her look & the background line complement really well. & i like the hairlight. ;)

only thing her right arm a bit too bright compared to her face.

but this pic i like

very nice b&w conversion. 4th is also very nice.

the model's eyes can speak.ha.

harlow pro_FHM, thanks for the compliment and pointers! your point on the brightness of the arms is quite valid, usually i would ve work on that too. in this case, the face has much better contrast than the flat brightness on the arms, so i let it go : ) now that u say, probably ensuring the face being the brightest would ve emphasized the focus area more. good one bro!

her neck looks bad here...

hello wildswans, thanks for the comment. i am quite ok with the neck though. ve a good day!
