u know, actually i don't like to disect the images like thisonce i start talking abt how i PP, i feel that the illusion is gone. people start looking at what is real what is digital. since i m doing emotive portraits here, the idea is not to show off how good my DI is, but to establish a connection with the viewer. that s why right in the start i make it a point for my DI to be as invisible as possible, even though i may fall a lil short in some of the images.
That's great of you to point it out.. what's important is not the DI but how the DI helps make your final image pops out.
Anyway, I really like your work. I'm actually more interested in how you lighted the image, not the DI work. There's really not much DI you can do on a crappy image. I know you worked on your lighting well.
We're all learning here, so I hope I can learn more from you as well.
Thanks!
