planning to get a battery grip for your 400D?

hi, ask u hor, the battery grip is the additional battery that u attach to the bottom of ur cam isit??

if yes? is it the one that can hold AA sized battery?

Yah, it can hold up to 2 NB-2LH (400D battery) or 6 x AA batteries.
It is an important and a 'must-have' accessory, at least for me.

Good thing for the battery grip is that you'll feel more comfortable holding the camera with the grip on it.

Another thing is that the grip enables you to take portait mode without moving your right hand towards your forehead. Erm... trying to mean that you can take portait shots just like how you take it when using landscape.

So far did not heard of any incompatibility issues on Sandisk CF card over Canon DSLR...

Thanks guys. I was using a 17-40L for the 1st two and kit lens for the last pic. I think the 1st 2 pics, i was using a CPL. But the last one was taken with juz the lens with no filter.
AWB was used for the last two, but cloudy WB was used for the 1st pics.

went down sls to buy today, was quoted MANY LOW prices till i noticed there are 2 categories...export n warrenty type.

then even though u ask for the warrenty type's price...they will give u the price without GST, thus makin u think they are a bargain (like song bros)...so in the end, though it may be may be ard $20 more ex than other shops, i chose to buy frm alan photo...pay a little more to feel safe abt quality etc...

anyway how long did u guys charge yur batts on the FIRST time huh?

hey, how much did u get the cam? cuz if its too cheap, maybe its an export set which doesnt have warranty with it.
