3rd-party lens focus tab/ring

was watching some photography video and saw a wedding photog using a 3rd-party lens focus tab or ring with grooves to improve grip like a focus tab would, wrote an email to the photographer unfortunately he can't remember where he got it. so wanna ask anyone ever come across with a similar accessory. thinking of using it on my noct and 90mm summicron which do not have the focus tab. here's an extract of the video.

I think its ugly. But another way is to use a cable-tie

oh, too late i already ordered 2 yesterday.

got the 2 rings that i've order sometime ago, used it on the noctilux and 90mm apo summicron. focusing is much easier and much better grip, i can focus the noctilux with 1 finger just like the other lenses with the built-in focusing tab. for those who are looking to improve the handling of bigger lenses can give it a try since it's not expensive. i'm quite happy with it so far.
