35mm film sleeves

Hi, does anyone know where I can buy 35mm film sleeves in bulk, say 100-200 pieces.
Either plastic or frosted ones. Used to buy it as a pack when I was a student.
Recently, I went to Ruby Photos to ask and it is 0.50/piece (frosted) & 1.00/piece (plastic)!

I need those with holes on the left so that I can file them up.

You can try buying online but you have to factor in the shipping cost (the sleeves, in bulk, are heavy). I'll be keen to know if there is a cheaper source from e.g. Malaysia or China.

You can bring in the plastics ones from the states or so(they don't sell the paper ones anymore..).. Adorama and B&H has them.. except the shipping is expensive.. but by my calculation, after everything, it would be about $0.50/piece for the plastic sleeves. If you buy over 500 sleeves, it will be $0.30+/piece. This kind of items would be good to conduct a MO.. but not sure about the interest..

Just bought number of stuff and a 100 pack of printfile 6 frames x7 from Adorama. About 30 cents per piece, from a reliable brand as well...

Would be interested in MO sometime next year.

Now on a side note, where can I find metal edge boxes [storing prints/random neg strips] (archival or not), or ring binder box [negative sleeves] (archival or not) locally?
Are ring binder boxes a good way to store my negatives, keep it away from dust and make it accessible for viewing?
Is it worth buying these bulky empty boxes from overseas?

Got my from Popular at Tampines some time back.
Not sure if they still got the stock...

I have a friend that buys such sleeves from China for RMB 20 (100 strips to hold 600 frames of negatives). Not sure about the quality of the sleeves though...

woah, $4 to hold 100 frames at once?

I get mine from Chiif, $0.5 per plastic sleeve, sells in bulk of 20 I think? Cant remember...

Good quality, made in Japan. It has the holes should you wanna file them in a ring folder

Hei. I got a problem about sleeves.
I sent negative to fotohub for developing (E6 so bo bian).
When I receive back, I find the sleeve a bit too wide when file in my ring file... But negative has been cut already. Anyone has a good solution as ring files all same size 1 :(

I went around scouting at popular and popular at lot 1 shopping has the sleeve. $2.65 for 10 pieces, problem is where I can find the file to store the films because 6 expose is wider than the file when filed.

are the sleeve 6x7 (6 frames by 7 rows)? I have been searching for them too. For the folder, have you tried using those with 3 ring binds, i think they are bigger than the normal 2 ring bind folder.

Hi, i have been using these film sleeves for some time, perhaps u guys might be interested.
