how do you get such clear images?

because i always send my flim to process and ask the shop to give me in softcopy and its always pixelated and blurry..

hmm.. i would just tell the photoshop person to develop and help me scan into CD. Nothing special. Maybe you wanna try another photoshop instead? It could be that the photoshop doesn't have a good scanner?
