My second attempt at shooting star trail photography, this time I moved back for a different composition.

Does 80 exposures @ 60 seconds means you spend 80 mins to capture 80 pictures? I just realize the stars are moving in circular motion. Oh I'm wrong. It's not the stars, it is actually our earth which orbits around the sun.

Btw, a very great piece of photography!!

I really love this photo but is there anyway to actually fix the extremely bright huts? :| Just curious...

you can shoot a frame with the kelong in correct exposure, than doing a layer mask in photoshop

How envy! I always wanted to try photographing star trails but it's rather difficult to do that in Singapore. The stars are less brighter for some reasons

u can try CCK cemetery

i stacked them with a free software called starstax... or you can try startrails.exe

you need a place where is far away from city light, which the light polluted the sky, especially like stadium and street lamps.
