My impression is that this handle style looks like it might put less stress/strain on your wrist compared to this position:

Or you could also hold it that way if preferred, it looks like it gives you an option?
The funny thing is that it says it has an "ergonomic foam gimbal handle", but it looks like bare metal in the photo :bsmilie:

I wonder how long they've been working on this. Given that there are a couple of budget hybrid stabilizer/monopods that have been out for awhile, it almost looks like they're following the budget makers ;p
