i nowadays never said i fat wor :blah: in fact i been walking too much until my feet grew blisters and lotsa dead cells accumulated. just spent nearing S$700 on my nails @#$%^&*!

Be careful when taking pill ... might have side effect.

yah, have to take care lor. wat pills you taking ? i think sometimes its not fats but rather the toxics in our bodies that making us tired easily. you dont lose weight drastically ok?

i'm taking this "pai du mei yan bao", contains chinese meds, so far the only side effects is go toilet niah... to get rid of toxins... toilet trips shld ease off after 1 wk or so...

haha...my friend's mum feed me fat fat.... plus...got so many nice food to try...esp e ikea hotdog..cheap cheap n long long(dun think dirty hor)

chinese meds is ok la... most chinese meds intended to be taken long term one... even now i'm also taking chinese meds frm chung hwa to build back my health, sinseh also say gotta take long term, lucky not ex to go chung hwa
